You’ll find yourself in good company making friends and memories every day.Our Management staff welcomes you with a housewarming party for you, your family and friends. As a Diabetic Specialty Assisted Living, you’ll always enjoy a wide choice of nutritious meals—there are various flavors from which to choose at lunch and dinner, and breakfast is always made to order, just the way you like it.

Our experienced chefs offer fresh, high-quality foods personalized to fit your needs. We design menus that reflect residents personal recipes and local tastes, and change our selections with the seasons to ensure we only use fresh ingredients. Special dietary needs—including Diabetic, low-sodium, no sweets or low-fat—are easily accommodated. Cottonwood Creeks wait staff will accommodate your needs at each sitting. Wine and other alcoholic beverages are available at your request during dinner hours.

We encourage you to participate in planning meals by attending monthly Resident Council meetings where you can suggest changes and additions to the menu or to our Community. Attend the Food For Thought class by our Chef to learn fun new foods to taste and make in the microwave.
